Adventures Of was built from day one with one non-negotiable rule: children's photos and personal data are sacred, and we treat them that way. This policy explains in plain English what we collect, why, and how we protect it — no legal fog.

To create a personalized book, we collect only what we need:

• Child's first name and age — used to personalize the story text
• Interests — shape the theme and plot of the adventure
• Appearance description (optional) — refines the illustrations
• 2–3 photos — used by our AI to create likeness-based illustrations
• Email address — to deliver your book and send order receipts
• Payment details — processed by Stripe; we never see your card number

Photos are used for one purpose only: generating the illustrations for your book.

• Photos are processed on our own private servers — never sent to OpenAI, Midjourney, Google, or any third-party AI service
• Photos are never used to train AI models
• Photos are never shared with any third party for any reason
• Photos are never used for advertising or marketing purposes

We take children's privacy exceptionally seriously and comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children directly — all accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We operate strict deletion policies:

• Photos — deleted immediately after character generation (not retained at all)
• Character images & completed books — automatically deleted after 90 days
• Account data (name, email, order history) — retained while you have an account; deleted within 30 days of account deletion

You can also request immediate deletion of all your data at any time.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Deletion — request that we delete your data at any time
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Correction — ask us to update any inaccurate information
• Withdrawal — withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect past processing)

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. We use session cookies to keep you logged in during your visit. We do not use third-party tracking pixels.
