About the Book
How many pages is the book?
Every book is 15 full-color pages featuring your child as the protagonist. Each page includes original AI-generated artwork tailored to your child’s likeness and interests.
What age range is appropriate?
Our books are designed for children ages 3–12. The story complexity, vocabulary, and themes adapt based on the age you provide.
Can I see a preview before paying?
Yes. You see and approve your child’s illustrated character first, and you can regenerate the story summary before checkout. You only pay when you’re happy with the setup.
How long does it take to create a book?
The AI generation usually takes about 5–10 minutes. Digital books are delivered by email after checkout. Printed books ship after production.
Privacy & Safety
What happens to my child’s photos?
Your child’s photos are permanently deleted when you approve their illustrated character. From that point forward, we use the generated illustration to create the book.
Do photos go to OpenAI, Google, or other third-party clouds?
No. We built private AI infrastructure so children’s photos do not touch third-party AI clouds. The book is created from illustrations after approval.
Are you COPPA compliant?
Yes. The product is designed around children’s privacy, minimal retention, and parent-controlled consent.
Do you sell or share customer data?
No. Data is used only to create and deliver the book, never sold or shared for unrelated purposes.
Ordering & Shipping
What formats are available?
You can choose a digital PDF for $14.99 or a printed softcover for $24.99.
Are there extra charges for shipping?
No. The $24.99 printed book price includes worldwide shipping. There are no hidden shipping fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are supported when available.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re unhappy with your book, contact us within 14 days for a refund or regeneration. If a printed book arrives damaged, we’ll help make it right.
Gifts & Subscriptions
Can I make a book as a gift?
Yes. Use “Give as Gift” to buy a gift code. The recipient provides the photos and details so the child’s parent or guardian controls the creation process.
How long do gift codes last?
Gift codes expire after 365 days.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Subscriptions are planned but not currently available. For now, all purchases are one-time digital or printed books.
